Paroplastic is an in-person training centre dedicated to periodontal plastic surgery and microsurgery, founded by Drs Benjamin Cortasse and Julien Mourlaas.
Intended exclusively for dental surgeons wishing to deepen their knowledge and refine their practice, Paroplastic was born from a simple ambition: to pass on a demanding approach built on scientific evidence, clinical experience and exchange between peers.

More than a training organisation, Paroplastic is meant to be a true think tank where reflection, practice and exchange come together.
Each programme is designed to let practitioners understand the biological and surgical foundations of the techniques taught, then adapt them to the clinical situations encountered every day.
Every course is grounded in the most recent scientific knowledge. Protocols are explained through validated biological concepts, decision trees and regularly updated literature. The goal is to let every participant understand the “why” before the “how”, in order to make informed therapeutic decisions.

Beyond theory, Paroplastic passes on real-world practice. Surgical techniques, operative protocols, the details that make the difference and the many “tips and tricks” acquired over the years are shared with complete transparency. The goal is to enable immediate application in your practice, thanks to concrete, directly usable teaching.

Trainings are deliberately organised in small groups to favour direct exchanges with the trainers. This closeness encourages discussion, spontaneous questions and the sharing of experience in a simple, welcoming atmosphere. During immersion sessions, participants also discover the day-to-day organisation of the practice, with privileged access to the trainers’ working environment.

Each session is designed as a genuine moment of sharing. Trainings take place in carefully selected venues — notably Aix-en-Provence, Chamonix, Annecy and Pernes-les-Fontaines — to encourage quality exchanges in a friendly setting. Discussion time, meals and informal moments are a full part of the training experience and extend the learning beyond the working sessions.
At Paroplastic, transmission does not stop at a teaching programme.
Above all, it rests on the will to share a vision of periodontal plastic surgery, to support every practitioner in their progress and to build, together, a community of peers driven by the same clinical standards.
