The Concept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Manufacture was born from the desire to extend transmission beyond the trainings. It is aimed at two dental surgeons who wish to fully embrace the Paroplastic philosophy and live, for two years, an experience built on clinical practice, scientific literature and exchanges between peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the programme, participants join the founders\u2019 professional environment, share their clinical day-to-day and take part in the various projects led by Paroplastic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The frequency of the meetings, the closeness to the teams and the diversity of experiences create constant stimulation, conducive to reflection and sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Goal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Manufacture offers a demanding programme, designed to deepen clinical thinking and enrich professional practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immersions in the practices, participation in conferences and congresses, and work on publications allow members to confront their approaches, refine their therapeutic choices and consolidate their scientific knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The programme also gives an important place to transmission. Work on photography, video and the building of Keynote presentations supports each member in preparing and presenting their own scientific and clinical content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Commitments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For two years, the members of La Manufacture take part in a structured programme including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Clinical immersion<\/strong>, with several sessions organised in the practices of Drs Benjamin Cortasse and Julien Mourlaas, as well as participation in the main Paroplastic events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Scientific work<\/strong>, through monthly meetings devoted to the literature, the writing of articles for the national press and a contribution to an international publication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Transmission<\/strong>, with guidance in building, shaping and presenting clinical and scientific content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    La Manufacture rests on a mutual commitment: to pass on knowledge with transparency, and to invest fully in every step of the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
