Hands-on work paces each day, group sizes are deliberately kept small, and two practice boxes support continued training at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking the pathway in full means following the complete progression: from the fundamentals of connective tissue harvesting through to advanced protocols around implants and papillae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The full programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Module 1 \u2014 Microsurgery and tunnelling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>3 days \u00b7 Aix-en-Provence \u00b7 9, 10 and 11 June 2027<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The founding module. It establishes the techniques and reasoning that underpin everything that follows: mastery of connective tissue harvesting, the tunnelling technique, and rigorous clinical decision-making when facing gingival recession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master the fundamental principles of mucogingival plastic microsurgery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safely perform all connective tissue harvesting procedures (lateral palate, tuberosity) and adapt the graft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master tunnelling and its variants: laterally closed tunnel, VISTA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop rigorous clinical decision-making in the treatment of gingival recession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 1 \u2014 Fundamentals and palatal harvesting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principles of mucogingival plastic surgery; aesthetics and function in recession management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of cervical wear lesions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palatal anatomy and risk management in harvesting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harvesting techniques (lateral palate, tuberosity) and graft adaptation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on: palatal harvesting on models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 2 \u2014 Buried connective tissue grafts and tunnelling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnosis and classification of recessions; coverage objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Success factors for the buried connective tissue graft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tunnelling step by step: incisions, graft placement, sutures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indications, contraindications, prognosis.
