The La Manufacture programme is full! The next call for applications will open in spring 2028.
La Manufacture was born from the desire to extend transmission beyond the trainings. It is aimed at two dental surgeons who wish to fully embrace the Paroplastic philosophy and live, for two years, an experience built on clinical practice, scientific literature and exchanges between peers.
Throughout the programme, participants join the founders’ professional environment, share their clinical day-to-day and take part in the various projects led by Paroplastic.
The frequency of the meetings, the closeness to the teams and the diversity of experiences create constant stimulation, conducive to reflection and sharing.
La Manufacture offers a demanding programme, designed to deepen clinical thinking and enrich professional practice.
Immersions in the practices, participation in conferences and congresses, and work on publications allow members to confront their approaches, refine their therapeutic choices and consolidate their scientific knowledge.
The programme also gives an important place to transmission. Work on photography, video and the building of Keynote presentations supports each member in preparing and presenting their own scientific and clinical content.
